Heart Strawberry-Nutella Hand Pies

I bought a set of 6 plastic heart-shaped cookie cutters at Wal-Mart for under $3, and that is what I used for all (or most) of these creations.  Doing all these special little meals for my family is so much fun, and I love seeing the kids' eyes light up when they see all the fun food.
