Sadly, we had to say goodbye to a precious family at church
this morning. The P family is following
the Lord’s lead and taking a leap of faith as they head to Christ For the
Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. They
have a boy G, who is about a year younger than my B and a girl H, who is 7
months younger than my C. Our kids were
close friends (not to mention that their older boys were involved members of our youth group and we love the mom and dad as well!), and we are so sad to see them go. Hopefully, after their year in school there,
they will be back. But we also know that
sometimes God calls us to other places.
I managed to snag a couple of pictures of the kids with
their friends before we left. G wanted
to make a King Kong face (his words, not mine) so I got two pictures of
them.
To our sweet friends, we are praying for you, missing you
already, and loving you from afar!
