National Champs!!!

Oh, boy was yesterday exciting!!!  It started with the two daughters of fellow teacher friends spending the day with us.  Their mom and dad had to return to work, but the girl did not go back to school until today.  After having two older girls playing with the kids and keeping them occupied, I have decided that I would like to rent them one day a week.  Haha

Then it was BCS National Championship party time at my brother's house.  We headed over around  7:00 with the kids and a plate of desserts in tow with plans to stay until around 8:15 so that we could have the kids home and in bed by kickoff.  We ended up staying until halftime!  I managed to snap a couple of pictures on my phone, but didn't manage to get a picture of the kids together in their FSU garb.

We skedaddled home as quickly as we could during halftime and got the kids in bed so we could finish watching the game.  It was a nail biter for sure, but our Noles pulled it out in the last seconds of the game.  It was a thrilling time at our house last night for sure.  GO SEMINOLES!!
